COUNTRY ON THE GROUNDS - CAMPING

Event Policy:

No refunds or exchanges. a. Only ONE vehicle other than the RV vehicle is permitted to park on the lot and this vehicle must display the parking permit. Additional vehicles must be parked in the general parking lots. b. You must be 21 years of age to register an RV or tent campsite and you will be responsible for all occupants and guests. c. Campers will not be permitted entry before 10:00 am on the day of the event. d. All Campers must access the campground through the designated gate. All other gates will not be accessible to the campgrounds. All others must park in the general parking lots. e. All occupants must exit the grounds by 11:00 AM on their departure day. f. All camping permits must be visibly displayed in the window of the RV adjacent or nearest to the door. g. No electric cords are to run across roadway and only ONE electric outlet is allowed per camping lot. h. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the fairgrounds. i. 11:00 PM to 7:00AM will be quiet time and all fires and outside lights must be out or off by 12:00 AM midnight. j. There shall be no pets in the campgrounds. k. All trash must be placed in dumpsters before 11:00 AM. l. Anyone found abusing this rule will forfeit their camping privileges. m. Camper is responsible for keeping campground site and all fixtures in a clear and safe condition. Camper must remove all fire rings, garbage, rubbish, and other waste in a clear and safe manner, to the place provided by the Hartford Fairgrounds. Camper will use all electrical, plumbing, and other facilities and appliances in a reasonable manner. Camper will not destroy or damage any part of the campgrounds n. Absolutely no pruning or cutting of any trees, limbs, or shrubs without permission of the Senior Fair Board. Doing so will void this agreement with the Hartford Fair and Camper will be required to leave the campsite for the remainder of the Hartford Fair. o. Golf carts, bikes, ATV’s, recreational or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited. No Exceptions. p. The Hartford Fair reserves the right to ask Camper to remove any personal property brought onto lot, including but not limited to any refrigerator and or freezer plugged in outside Camper’s RV if it is causing electrical issues. q. Only one RV or tent will be permitted on each lot. r. If Camper is found to be in violation of any of the aforementioned Rules and Regulations, the Senior Fair Board, or any other person authorized by the Hartford Fair, may issue a warning. If the violation is not corrected, a fine of $25.00 for each violation may be issued per day. In the alternative, the Senior Fair Board, or any other person authorized by the Hartford Fair may expel Camper from the Lot he or she has reserved for the remainder of the event and the Camper shall not be entitled to refunds. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED! Disclaimer/Release from Liability s. The Hartford Fair disclaims any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the safety of all property brought to the premise by Camper. The Hartford Fair assumes no responsibility for damage to a trailer or camping vehicle for any reason including but not limited to vandalism, natural causes, or acts of God. Additionally, the Hartford Fair assumes no responsibility for proper or necessary maintenance of Camper’s trailer or camping vehicle during the term of this agreement. t. Camper, his/her heirs, designees, assignees, agents, do forever release, acquit, and discharge the Hartford Independent Agricultural Society (DBA The Hartford Fair) and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, both in their official and personal capacities, whichever may be applicable, from any and all claims, demands, judgments, actions, causes of actions, unknown, vested or contingent in law, equity, or otherwise arising under or from any claim asserted or that could have been asserted, or otherwise from the contract.
